Gnoomes reveal stunning video for Roadhouse (Edit) + interview by Going Weird
Here is a great new video for the Gnoomes single 'Roadhouse (Edit)'
Going Weird have premiered the video and asked the band some questions, see what they say here: Going Weird
This is what the band sent us about the video maker and concept:
"Alexander Koshelev is an artist and graphic designer from Perm. He is also a director of the project named «Detstvo Design» that aims at finding new visual forms in contemporary spatial and temporal context. Animation is one of the main direction of his activity. (http://detstvo-design.ru)
The idea of the video for Gnoomes track ‘Roadhouse’ was spontaneous but very lucid: "It’s a trip that everyone should experience with eyes wide shut". Everything that shown on the screen is a mixture of reminiscences, feelings and dreams etc. It's all passing away like the events of our lives and turning into something colorful and unreal in the end. This video is a kind of psychedelic road movie from Urals where the main role is played by not the real person but the old house - the place where Gnoomes write their music. Special part devotes to Axolotl - the symbol of pure energy. In the end we can see that the Roadhouse and Axolotl are integrating into each other and their meaningful boundaries blur away. In other words, this tail-peace could be a new point of departure for this Roadhouse and Gnoomes specially."
